The advice Ahmad gave me was invaluable in helping me get my health back on track. I’ve struggled to lose weight for a long time but within a month, following his advice, I’ve lost half a stone already. His approach gets to the root of the issue through diet and lifestyle rather than treating superficial symptoms with medications like others do. I cam to Dr Malik to discuss my arthritic ankle and knee and because I was at a loss to get the NHS to take my debilitating problems seriously. He advised me on what surgery I needed and more importantly on how to approach the decision makers to get them to treat my symptoms adequately. As a result I was able to progress through the assessment process rapidly and am now scheduled for surgery in a few days. I am very grateful for his advice as with out it I would have been forced into making decisions about costly surgery in another country.
