We had a consultation today with Doc Malik along with a family member who was having some health issues (heart problems). I can't recommend him enough. He was able to provide clear explanations of the medications prescribed, what they did, what the various tests might show and additional tests we might consider. In addition he provided detailed guidance on lifestyle and diet changes that could support good health. I plan to refer other family members over. The call was fantastic value for money.

Just had a great consultation with Doctor Malik, I was floundering about how to address the issue of childhood vaccination with a family member.
He gave me a clear strategy and had specific resources at his fingertips which we will be able to start using straight away. Thank you so much ❤️ - Deirdre Anne Cope·
Doc Malik is able to form an instant rapport with his clients. He is also forthright, and called me out when I said I did intermittant fasting: having a cup of tea with maple syrup is definitely not intermittant fasting, in his opinion, and I am not to do that. I like his ability to quickly grasp where a person is coming from, and make suggestions that are really to the point. Some things he wasn't able to help me with, and he said so. I like that. I also like his no-nonsense, no cheating approach. Maintaining health requires effort, and he is good at motivating people to take responsibility for improving their own health. He himself is an excellent advert for the well being that comes through maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If he can do the work it takes to become healthy, then so should I. No messing about!
